By accessing or using the CoinPulse platform, website, or any associated services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CoinPulse Inc. ("CoinPulse," "we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such changes will be effective upon posting.

To use CoinPulse Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where cryptocurrency investment services are prohibited
• Pass our identity verification (KYC) process
• Not be on any sanctions list or restricted persons list

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Keep your account information updated at all times
• Use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected breach

CoinPulse provides AI-powered cryptocurrency investment and trading services. By using our investment features, you acknowledge that:

• Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and unpredictable
• All investment decisions involve risk, including the possible loss of principal
• Past performance of our AI strategies does not guarantee future results
• We act as a technology platform, not a registered investment advisor
• You retain ownership of your assets at all times

CoinPulse charges fees for certain services, including performance fees, plan subscription fees, and network transaction fees. All applicable fees are disclosed in your account dashboard prior to execution. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with 30 days' written notice. Continued use of the platform after a fee change constitutes acceptance of the revised fees.

Specific risks include market risk, liquidity risk, regulatory risk, technical risk (including smart contract vulnerabilities), and cybersecurity risk. Please review our full Risk Disclosure Statement before investing.

You may not use CoinPulse for:

• Money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activities
• Market manipulation, wash trading, or artificial price inflation
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits or bans
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt our platform
• Violating any applicable local, national, or international law

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, asset freezing, and referral to law enforcement.

All content, features, and functionality of the CoinPulse platform — including but not limited to software, algorithms, text, graphics, logos, and data compilations — are the exclusive property of CoinPulse Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoinPulse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of investment capital.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to CoinPulse in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, any outstanding balances will be returned to you net of applicable fees, subject to any applicable hold periods or legal requirements.

CoinPulse reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms, suspicious activity, or regulatory compliance reasons.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in New York City, NY.
